Rehana is the Founder and CEO of Spectrum Impact, a strategy consulting company that supports a range of organizations looking to expand their impact investing footprint. Rehana previously led the impact investing portfolio at the Case Foundation, and worked with Bank of New York Mellon to create a pilot impact investment fund. She led grantmaking for the impact investing program at the Rockefeller Foundation and started her career in project finance in East Africa with the UN Capital Development Fund. Rehana currently serves an adjunct professor at Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service on impact investing and global development.
Tim helps global organizations solve problems and seize opportunities. He spent 15 years as the founding partner and creative director of Manifest Communications. He is the author of two books, Think Better and Never Be Closing (co-written). Tim speaks about creative leadership and has guest-lectured in business schools around the world. He is a founding director of several not-for-profit organizations, including Mindcamp Global, with operations in Canada, the US, and Chile, and Facilitators Without Borders. He also sits on several boards, including LaunchU and Grantbook.
Heather helps high-potential technology entrepreneurs to build sustainable companies, as a Senior Adviser at ventureLAB, an incubator and innovation hub. She teaches entrepreneurship, and consults to social entrepreneurs and impact investors. Her career was spent as an entrepreneur and business leader in startup, scaling and mature retail organizations through times of fast-scaling opportunity and times of existential threats. She currently serves on the corporate board for a social enterprise and holds an MBA from Ivy Business School.
Celine is the founder of Gracepoint, Inc., a consulting collective guiding strategic development in growing organizations. Passionate about advancing emerging technologies and innovative solutions for positive social impact, she is presently immersed in the worlds of data, healthcare, identity, and voice. In addition to cofounding startups in caregiving and ecommerce, she's led business, product, and program initiatives for pioneers in adtech, digital marketing, and open source. She serves as director or advisor on boards including Grantbook, Mifos, and Family Caregiver Alliance.
