Chelsea has always been eager to align her interest in social impact with her career aspirations.

Prior to joining Grantbook, Chelsea worked at United Way Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington as the Community Investment Manager. Chelsea focused on grants management and worked to allocate funds to non-profit organizations within the KFL&A regions. She leveraged her technical database skills to help improve the grantmaking and grant management processes.

Chelsea brings prior experience in e-commerce and sales through her multitude of roles at Lululemon Athletica. Her superpower is building genuine, authentic relationships through active listening and client engagement.

As a Philanthropy Solutions Consultant, Chelsea will leverage her superpower and savvy problem-solving skills to serve grantmakers effectively, helping organizations with purpose steward their dollars with ease.

Outside of work, Chelsea loves exploring her hometown of Toronto, and her passions include fitness, music, wake surfing and cooking. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology and Sociology from Queen’s University.
