Divij Daryanani graduated from the University of Toronto with double majors in Psychology and Criminology in 2021. After completing his studies, Divij joined the Toronto-based technology company, RIWI (Real-time Interactive Worldwide Intelligence), as a project manager in the Implementations and Insights team.

At RIWI, Divij led over 15 projects, guiding clients on the best practices to utilize RIWI’s patented methodology called RDIT (Random Domain Intercept Technology), which randomly exposes surveys to a subset of the Internet population. In addition to project management and implementation, Divij also gained experience in product development. RIWI's Compass Series is a new product offering which consists of a series of indexes built to measure geo-political risk and tensions in 9 different regions of the world.

Additionally, Divij was also inspired to innovate and revamp RIWI’s time-consuming and manual UAT process; Divij wrote and developed code to execute UAT processes automatically, thereby alleviating his team from many hours of manual checks.

At Grantbook, Divij is a Philanthropy Technology Project Manager, where he tackles technology implementations to support clients in adopting and integrating cloud-based solutions. In his time off, Divij enjoys getting outside and being active, whether it be playing soccer, cycling, bouldering, or travelling.
