Before Grantbook, Justin worked as the Systems Administrator at Rise, a national organization dedicated to empowering people with mental health and addiction challenges to achieve greater social and economic inclusion through entrepreneurship. He oversaw all technological needs and supported their lending, training and volunteer programs which extensively relied on Salesforce and other 3rd party integrations like Zapier and Jotform. He helped redefine their Salesforce-based loan management system with improved automated processes and reporting tools and led multiple project implementations and training sessions.

In his free time, he takes care of his dog, enjoys playing games or sports, and is always on the lookout for new places to eat.
