Rachel joined Grantbook in 2021 as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist. She delights in supporting clients as they discover how technology solutions can make their work more efficient (and perhaps a little more fun!). 

Prior to joining Grantbook, Rachel spent 6 years working in the non-profit and human services sector in the United States. She worked as an In-Home Family Therapist and Volunteer Coordinator before pursuing a career in technology, specifically Salesforce, because she noticed how much impact effective technology solutions could have in her organization and in the non-profit sector as a whole. She was promoted to a Salesforce Administrator role in 2019, where she developed skills in form building, process automation, system administration, and training. With a reliance on user feedback and dedication to detailed training, Rachel greatly increased system utilization and data quality. 

Rachel enjoys board games, snowstorms, reading non-fiction, and wandering through grocery stores.
