Matt comes to Grantbook with a background of leading the business analysis and delivery of large scale tech implementations at IBM across multiple sectors where he earned a place in IBM UK Top Talent. He is a believer in people and progress, and always works closely with the client and build team to ensure success.

Despite his consulting background, Matt started off as the client, working alongside tech consultants to implement a Sales Order Processing system in his family business, driving change towards a digital model in an archaic organization.

Outside of work Matt is a personal trainer and nutritionist who enjoys helping others improve their health and wellbeing.
