Based in the Toronto area, Dallas brings over 10 years of experience working in and with non-profits, startups, B Corporations, and philanthropic initiatives. She has empowered clients with all of their nuances and complexities, to champion their mission and social impact through fundraising, project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Aside from Junxion, Dallas is currently a Masters of Design candidate in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University. As a candidate, Dallas is honing her skills in human-centred design, business design, systemic design, and strategic foresight to elevate the success of socially responsible organization and creating sustainable futures. Her research is particularly focused on succession planning for family-run businesses.
In her spare time, Dallas is passionate about circuit training, exploring her local community, and finding the best coffee (and often with that, patio) in the city.
