As an Implementation Specialist, Abdulrahman Said brings a passion for exploring and mastering the latest technologies to the Grantbook team. 

Prior to joining Grantbook, Abdulrahman was a Technical Analyst working for Expedia Group, and managed two offices in Toronto and Mississauga offices, while upholding excellent ServiceNow Key Performance Indicators. Abdulrahman continuously supported onboarding and training new employees on using Expedia Group’s tech stack.

Abdulrahman graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Technology Management. From there he continued his studies at the University of Toronto, completing a Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp learning the MERN stack. After completing university studies, Abdulrahman continued his education through certifications in Microsoft and Google’s cloud-based products. 

In his free time, Abdulrahman volunteers at Brothers Belong, a mentorship program that brings successful professionals in his community together with West End Toronto youth to help them envision potential career paths.
